Try the other address you might have used — a work email, or the one attached to your PayPal or Apple Pay account, which is often different from the one you typed. Still stuck? Email us the last four digits of the card and we'll find the order manually.
The guide is a 38 MB PDF, which some older phones refuse to open in the browser. Save it to Files or Drive first, then open it from there. The EPUB is a lighter option for phones, and the audiobook is a plain MP3.
Yes. Phone, tablet, laptop, e-reader, and a printed copy for your fridge — all fine. There's no DRM and no device limit. We just ask that you don't redistribute it publicly.
